Refund policy
Our policy is 14 days for returns. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not eligible for returns. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products
We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
